Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Stephen Oradnai, the owner and operator of Lion Property Inspections. I am a member of the largest and most successful industry organization, the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTORS. I came to Toronto 1957 and worked in the construction industry for 14 years. I also built my family cottage in the early 70's - from the foundation to the roof, with my own hands. I obtained my Real Estate license in 1970, active at first in residential listings and sales, and then Commercial Real Estate for the next 30-plus years. I received my Certification for Home Inspection in 2004, and have been actively conducting inspections.
